Our History
Claddagh Doodles and Poodles was created in 2018 out of a passion for dogs. We are a home-based family operated; hobby breeder located in North Haven CT. where we live together with our animals. Our Goldendoodles and Poodles are specifically bred for health and temperament. We are very small, committing to 1-2 litters a year. Our small size allows for very personalized rearing of all of our puppies in a warm family environment. We breed responsibly and according to the best practices of the trade, which makes us your go-to address to find your new family member.
FAMILY TREE AND THE HISTORY BEHIND OUR DOGS
Our dog’s lineage traces back to an amazing line of standard poodles. This standard poodle line has been in our family for 5 generations with a great deal of genetic testing throughout. This line has given us healthy and beautiful ancestors, including some that became champions. Health, temperament and very strict intentional breeding has kept the line going strong for over 15 years.
